What you can create with Z-Image
Z-Image uses a text-only workflow with no reference uploads. Describe the subject, composition, light and visual style directly, then choose one of the available aspect ratios for the image.
When to use this tool
Z-Image suits a new 1K scene described entirely in words, such as a railway platform, editorial illustration or landscape with no source photograph.
No reference images can be uploaded, and the prompt is limited to 1,000 characters across five fixed aspect ratios. Use Qwen Image Edit for changes to an existing photo, or FLUX.2 Flex for reference-led creation and a 2K option.
