When to use this tool
Nano Banana 2 suits a product-in-room composition or a very wide campaign banner using multiple references, with layouts extending to 4:1, 8:1 and their portrait equivalents.
The tool accepts up to 14 images and 20,000 prompt characters at 1K/2K/4K. For more than fourteen references choose a GPT Image model, or use original Nano Banana for a 1K edit when its ten-reference limit is sufficient.
